Select Themes from the sidebar in the Settings windows that opens next, scroll a little, and click on Desktop icon settings here. Right-click anywhere on the desktop to select Personalization. That will lead to a series of problems like you can't empty the recycle bin, can't access the recycle bin or restore deleted files/folders, and can't access the recycle bin settings because they are also grayed out. That's until you can't access it because Recycle Bin is grayed out in Windows 10 computer.
Whether you deleted it accidentally or need to take another look, the recycle bin is there to save the day. Put it in a folder & extract there.The only thing in it is the dll file with the tombraider small & large medi paks for using as recycle bin icons that automatically refresh when emptied or something is added.The Recycle Bin acts as a failsafe for when you delete a file or folder and need to restore it. In the following pictures the order is the first above. I didn't fool with changing them back because the icons worked. Not some from shell32.dll or others on the computer. I wanted to add my own Full & Empty icons to the Recycle Bin.
